Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required; 2 years Med/Surg experience preferred 2. Cases: General medical, gastrointestinal, urological, gynecological surgeries, ortho/neurovascular, cardio/pulmonary, GI, urology, hysterectomies, mastectomies; patient diagnoses include neurological disorders, elective total joint replacements, ortho fractures, vascular disorders and surgeries 3. Certifications: BLS (AHA) required (pending accepted, must confirm willing to obtain); NIHSS required 4. License: Michigan RN License required (pending accepted, must provide ETA) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 36 or 48-hour weeks available; must work every other weekend; will float to other Med/Surg units; floating typically occurs once per week; must be available first two weeks of orientation; block scheduling cannot be guaranteed 8.
