- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required 2. Cases: Will consider ER experience; Med/Surg patients including CP, DM, TIA, ABD PAIN, CHF; Observation Unit with high patient turnover 3. Certifications: BLS (AHA) required; ACLS, CPI, NIHSS also listed 4. License: Michigan RN License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Will work every other weekend; floating to other Med/Surg units required; patient ratios 1:4-5 days (up to 1:7 with RN/LPN team), 1:6 nights and weekends 8. RTO: No holiday requests; cannot guarantee block scheduling 9. Returning Staff: 6 months return policy 10. Travel/Local: Locals within 50 miles accepted at rate differential; locals also accepted at same rate with no radius restrictions; travel experience required 11.
