- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years Med Surg required for submission 2. Cases: Surgical patients and Med Surg overflow; Ortho, bowel, urologic, appendectomies, cholecystectomies, dental, back, pneumonia, chest pain, COPD 3. Certifications: BLS from AHA only (required); ACLS from AHA only, CPEN, PALS (preferred) 4. License: Oklahoma RN License required (implied by facility location) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC 7. Shifts/Call: Nights, 3x12, 1900-0700; weekends are Friday and Saturday nights 7p-7a; no formal call, but if placed on standby for a scheduled shift, must be available to come in at any time during the 7p-7a window 8.
