- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required; will also accept clinicians with recent rehab, med surg, or hospital experience 2. Cases: Alzheimer's and Dementia patient population; facility includes rehabilitation therapies, skilled nursing, memory care, and wound care 3. Certifications: BLS required; must pass a medication administration (med pass) test and clinical observation 4. License: NY State License required; NO license hits allowed; proof of license must be provided at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: PCC (Point Click Care) experience not required to submit 7. Shifts/Call: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, 40 hours per week; every other weekend required; 12-hour shifts must be approved by staffing first; cannot change shift once offered; any call outs must be given with more than 24 hours notice 8. RTO: RTO only approved at time of submission; will not approve after offer; cannot take every holiday off; cannot add RTO once offered 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted 11. Background: No license hits allowed 12.
