- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years preferred; will consider 1-year nurses on a case-by-case basis 2. Cases: CHF, COPD, Ortho, Cardiac, Oncology; must be comfortable with LTC/SNF 3. Certifications: BLS required; skills include oxygen administration, peripheral line care, isolation precautions/PPE 4. License: Pending license accepted; must obtain before starting 5.
