Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years of current LTACH experience required; MS/Tele or ICU experience required; patient ratio experience of 1:4 (noted in notes) / 5 (per system fields) 2. Cases: LTAC ICU, LTAC MS, LTAC MS/Tele, LTAC PCU; skills include ventilator management, arterial line management, IV vasopressors, tracheostomy care, complex wound care, and extensive additional competencies as listed 3. Certifications: AHA BLS and AHA ACLS required; NIHSS required 4. License: Kentucky RN license or compact license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; schedule of 36/48 hours per two-week pay period; blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated; orientation is bi-weekly 8. RTO: Blocked scheduling not accommodated; one pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Must reside at least 75 miles from facility; locals not accepted 11.
