- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years of experience as a labor nurse required 2. Cases: High risk patients preferred, including pre-eclampsia and IDDM; float to Postpartum required 3. Certifications: AWHONN, ACLS, BLS required; all certifications must be obtained prior to start 4. License: RN license required to work in TN 5. Education: Certification/licensure required to work as an RN in TN 6. EMR: Meditech and OB Tracevue 7. Shifts/Call: 36 weekly guaranteed hours; weekend hours 7P-7A as needed; no call requirements; orientation weekly on Mondays 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
