- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2.5 years required (VMS notes); 3 years listed in job requirements section 2. Cases: Antepartum, High Risk Antepartum; Voorhees is a Level III high risk facility; HROB includes early inductions, antepartum, patients on continuous monitoring 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP required; must be active at time of submission 4. License: Active NJ license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: EOW/EOH required; block scheduling NOT allowed; patient ratios are 2:1 days and nights; float to HROB unit as needed and may float within up to 5 hospitals (Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, and OLOL) within skillset 8. RTO: Must be submitted at time of submission; RTO after submission will not be accepted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Local rate is $5 less for those living within 50 miles of the hospital; first-time traveler accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Required to pass Dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing; only 2 attempts allowed; must be completed on a PC — NOT an iOS device (incompatible and will result in a failed attempt); failure to complete within the timeframe or two failed attempts will result in contract cancellation and DNR from the hospital system 13. Travel Experience: First-time traveler accepted 14. Scrubs: Provided by the hospital 15.
