- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required but will consider less than 2 years with strong experience and active certs; will not accept first-time traveler 2. Cases: High Risk Deliveries, PEC with Severe Features, DM, Preterm labor, GHTN, Placental abnormalities 3. Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, FHM, NRP, C-EFM required; BLS/ACLS/PALS must be AHA ONLY; NRP or AAP accepted; CPI Certificate required for most units 4. License: Active MD RN License or Compact License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights (19:00-07:30), every third weekend required, on-call may be required in lieu of call off/census 8. RTO: Max 7 days can be requested; if more than 4 consecutive days, additional week must be added; one major holiday off allowed during winter season 9. Returning Staff: Former staff must be gone for 12 months before returning as traveler; return travelers must be away for at least 6 months 10.
