- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Labor and delivery, postpartum, gyn surgical, well newborn, cesarean section circulation; EFM interpretation skills/experience required; Teaching Hospital experience preferred 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring required; AWHONN Beginner, AWHONN Intermediate, FHM, and NRP also listed 4. License: Active IL license required in hand at time of application 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner; charting system experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 or 4x12 Nights (1845-0715); no on-call required; will float within scope if needed; every third weekend required; client may call off up to 36 hours per 13-week assignment without pay; cancellations beyond that are billable 8. RTO: Discuss time off requests with manager; one pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: No radius restriction; locals accepted 11.
