- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: LDRP experience required; travelers must have Recovery and Post Partum experience 3. Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BCLS, NRP required; AWHONN OR FHM required (updated every 2 years) 4. License: MO or compact accepted (submit without license OK for MO); IL license in hand required at time of submittal; compact must match permanent residence 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 hour night shifts 6:45p-0715a; every other weekend required; no on-call required; will float between Belleville and Shiloh facilities 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ days requires manager approval, along with any holiday RTO); no new RTO after submission; no RTO allowed first week of assignment 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates accepted within 75 mile radius; no local travelers allowed except for PCTs, CNAs, and MAs 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Required for RNs; billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of signed contract and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13.
