- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; labor and delivery experience AND post-partum experience are both required (hard stop) 2. Cases: LDRP position; required skills include High Risk Antepartum, Labor & Delivery, Magnesium Sulfate therapy, Circulate for C-section, Triage of obstetrical patients, Sterile vaginal exam, IUPC placement and calibration, Insulin drips, Antihypertensives, Anticoagulation therapy, Maintain central lines (CVC/PICC), facility births/month 200-300 3. Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP required; AWHONN Advanced preferred; copies of certifications required; must be in hand at submission 4. License: Valid CA License in hand required; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x12 allowed upon request; ratios 1:3 days, nights, and weekends; orientation 36 hours; guaranteed hours with facility able to call off once per two-week pay period; traveler may be expected to float between sister/affiliate facilities nearby — refusal to float may result in termination or forfeiture of guaranteed hours 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; two pre-approved RTOs noted; traveler must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year 9. Returning Staff: 3-month waiting period before returning as a traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; locals accepted at lower bill rate; can only submit to 1 location within the region 11. Background: Not specified 12.
