Requirements

- Active California RN license required before start
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; first-timers not accepted 2. Cases: High Risk Antepartum, Labor & Delivery, vaginal deliveries, C-sections (circulate and scrub), fetal heart monitoring, high risk pregnancy monitoring, PP couplet care (newborn and maternal); newborn role at delivery is a bonus 3. Certifications: AWHONN Advanced (or NCC EFM in lieu), ACLS, BLS, NRP, FHM required; ACLS/BLS must be AHA certified 4. License: Pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: No on-call required; every other weekend required; will float to postpartum if needed; block schedule open per manager discretion; facility may call off once per two-week pay period 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; no pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile local radius; contact AM for local rate 11.
