- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of L&D experience required 2. Cases: Labor & Delivery; float to Recovery Room Perinatal Department as needed; also works Postpartum 3. Certifications: BLS and NRP required; BSN or MSN listed as certification requirement 4. License: CA RN License required; EMSA not accepted; pending licenses not accepted 5. Education: BSN or MSN required 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights; weekend and holiday rotation required; mandatory float to RR
