- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; first-timers not accepted 2. Cases: High Risk Antepartum, Labor & Delivery, vaginal deliveries, C-sections (circulate and scrub), fetal heart monitoring, high risk pregnancy monitoring, PP couplet care (newborn and maternal); newborn role at delivery is a bonus 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, FHM, and AWHONN Advanced required; NCC EFM accepted in lieu of AWHONN Advanced; AHA certification required for ACLS/BLS; copies should be current and in hand 4. License: Pending license not accepted; valid state license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: No on-call required; will float to postpartum if needed; every other weekend required; guaranteed hours subject to one call-off per two-week pay period; block schedule open per manager discretion 8.
