- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of OB experience required 2. Cases: High Risk L&D; Antepartum (1:3 ratio); C-sections; Postpartum; Triage; Couplet Care; full range of OB skills including Magnesium Sulfate therapy, Pitocin, Postpartum Hemorrhage, Pregnancy Induced Hypertension, and more 3. Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, C-EFM (C-EFM or AWHONN accepted; do not need both); on-site EKG testing required with minimum 80% passing score 4. License: CA RN Licensure required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required; charting system experience listed as required 7.
