Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Labor & Delivery
Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12×4, 48 hrs per week, EOW, EOH
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- NC License
- 1 year of nursing experience
- Must have previous L&D experience
- Able to circulate for C-sections
- Able to triage for OB
- AHA BLS
- AHA ACLS
- NRP
- Fetal Monitoring completed through AWHONN or GE required
- Nursing Diploma or ADN or ASN from an accredited school of Nursing
- BSN or MSN from an accredited school of Nursing preferred
Rex Hospital—Rex Labor Delivery Operatng Rm—The UNC REX Labor and Delivery cares for patients during labor, delivery and recovery post-childbirth. They also care for high risk antepartum and postpartum patients. This unit consists of a 3 bay OBED, 20 labor rooms, 3 ORs, and 3 PACU bays. Nurses on our unit circulate C-sections. Travelers would function in OBED, L&D, OB PACU but will not circulate OR cases.
