- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required, HARD STOP — no exceptions 2. Cases: Labor & Delivery including vaginal deliveries, C-sections, D&C, cerclage, version, high-risk antepartum, preterm labor, hypertension, pre-eclampsia/eclampsia, fetal anomalies, IUFD, diabetes, multiples; must be able to circulate for C-sections; large hospital setting highly preferred 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate (required), AWHONN Advanced (preferred); NCC EFM Cert accepted in place of AWHONN Intermediate; all must be in hand at submission 4. License: Pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights, 19:00-07:30; weekends may exceed every other to accommodate unit needs; facility may call off once per pay period; scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered 8. RTO: ALL RTO must be submitted at time of submittal 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; local rate applies — contact Account Manager for local rate; travel pairs will not be considered 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Orientation is 72 hours 13.
