- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required — HARD STOP; no first-time travelers accepted — HARD STOP 2. Cases: Must be able to circulate; experience in large hospital settings highly preferred 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate required; AWHONN Advanced preferred; all skills and certs required — HARD STOP; must be AHA or American Red Cross (per facility standard) 4. License: Pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights, 19:00-07:30; facility may call off once per pay period (2 weeks); weekends may exceed every other to accommodate unit needs; scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered 8.
