- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Must be able to care for all aspects of labor and delivery including triage, antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn; may also be floated to assist with mental health patient watching, vital signs, toileting, and repositioning on medical/surgical unit (no patient assignment outside OB unit) 3. Certifications: BCLS and NRP required; AWHONN Intermediate preferred; FHM required; all certifications must be in hand 4. License: Pending license accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic (Excellian) required 7. Shifts/Call: 7p-7a; travel candidates may be assigned 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts; 36-hour guarantee for 12-hour shift travelers per week; 40-hour guarantee for shorter shift travelers per week; on-call not required 8. RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days; up to two pre-approved days noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 100-mile radius required; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12.
