Travel Nurse (RN) Labor & Delivery (L&D) Los Angeles, CA

$2,210.00 to $2,460.00 weekly

• CA License
• 2 Years Experience
• Be familiar with maternal/fetal triage index
• Savvy newborn care postpartum needed – must have strong immediate care after delivery
• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
• NRP
• AWHONN
• 4-5 years of experience ideally
• Travel experience preferred

• Float requirements: Can float but not mandatory to M&B
• Number of beds: 13 labor beds, 3 OR suites (5 total), 6 bed triage, 4 bed recovery, 4 bed PACU
• Ratios: 1:2, 1:3 antepartum
• Nursing support: Surg techs for surgeries and LVNs
• Specialty equipment: Blood warmers, rapid infusers, bear huggers
• Common diagnoses: Laboring, hypertensive disorders, diabetes, complications by fetal abnormalities, high risk pregnancies
