- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1+ years required 2. Cases: LDRP/PP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN, BLS, HWC, NRP, PALS required; all certifications must be in hand at submission as they are not available on site 4. License: New Mexico State License required; certification/licensure required to work as an L&D nurse in New Mexico; all clinical staff must be fingerprinted before hire with documentation that check is being processed; travelers may start on a 14-day waiver while awaiting results but must be supervised 5. Education: Certification/Licensure required to work as an L&D nurse in New Mexico 6. EMR: OBIX, Medhost, GUI 7. Shifts/Call: 36 weekly guaranteed hours; call required as needed; float required as needed; weekends every other/as needed; orientation is weekly on Mondays 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Must be 60 miles or greater to be considered for travel rate; local rate applies to candidates within 60 miles 11.
