- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required; community hospital experience required; charge experience preferred 2. Cases: LDRP unit with operating room; patient diagnoses include antepartum, labor and delivery, postpartum, couplet care, C-section, neonatal resuscitation, preterm labor, pre-eclampsia/eclampsia, postpartum hemorrhage, HELLP syndrome, malpresentations, multiple gestation, neonatal abstinence syndrome, and more as listed in skills 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; AWHONN Advanced preferred; AWHONN Intermediate and NRP listed; must be AHA or equivalent 4. License: PA or Compact License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 or 4x12, 7P-7A; no call; EOW; block schedule option; floating as needed; holidays as needed 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days; no pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Local rate is $5 less than posted bill rate; locals accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12.
