- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years current experience required 2. Cases: Labor & Delivery, OB/GYN, Newborn Nursery 3. Certifications: ACLS (AHA required), AWHONN Intermediate, BLS (AHA required), NRP, NIHSS; must be in hand at time of submittal; cannot expire within 45 days of start date 4. License: TN/compact licensure required; must be in hand at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred, not required unless specifically noted 7. Shifts/Call: On-call 36 hours every 6 weeks; every other weekend or 2 weekends per month; float to Mother/Baby based on staffing needs 8. RTO: No major holiday RTO requests including holiday weekends and surrounding days; cannot occur within 14 days of start date; cannot exceed 7 days; one pre-approved time off allowed 9. Returning Staff: Cannot return to same campus they were permanent staff at within 24 months; can return to another campus within Covenant Health after 12 months 10.
