- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Vaginal Delivery, Cesarean Delivery, Postpartum, Antepartum, Triage, Newborn (Level 1 Nursery), Circumcision, Phototherapy, External Version, Neonatal Resuscitation 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, AWHONN Advanced (preferred), NRP required; EFM certification can be AWHONN Intermediate or Relias/Gnosis; charting system experience required 4. License: Pending license accepted; AK license may add 5+ weeks to start 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required (1 year preferred); Epic training/test completed as part of orientation 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights; float required 0-3 times per month (floating from OB is as helping hands, sitter/camera watching, or CNA-type work only); every team member works an equitable number of weekend shifts per schedule period 8.
