- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Ability to circulate C-sections; high-risk labor management; Pitocin titration; fetal monitoring interpretation; neonatal resuscitation participation; postpartum/couplet care competency; scope of role includes Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum, and Newborn 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS (AHA or ARC), NRP required; AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring and STABLE preferred; copies required at submission 4. License: RN Licensure required; Primary Source License Verification required 5. Education: Official transcript or degree verify certificate from National Student Clearinghouse if required on job description 6. EMR: GE Centricity Perinatal (CPN) for charting; Medhost for orders, charges, and med scanning 7. Shifts/Call: Nights 6:45P-7:15A; no call; no 48-hour option; no block guarantee; floating within Women's Services; patient ratio 1:1 labor, 3:1 couplet care; 8 beds 8. RTO: Maximum 6 days within a 6-week period; must work 1 major holiday if assignment overlaps 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Must be greater than 50 miles from the facility 11. Background: Criminal screening must cover last 7 years; background must be run within 1 year of start date; OIG Sanction Check required 12. Modules: All compliance documents must be received by Wednesday prior to start date; two separate compliance files required (HR and Employee Health); failure to submit on time may result in rescheduled start date 13. Travel Experience: Previous rural hospital experience preferred; experience in LDRP model preferred 14. Scrubs: Navy blue or pink 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Flu vaccination record required if obtained; applicable only during flu season 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: Home address and SSN must be included on submission. Travelers submitted without necessary information or requirements will be rejected.
