Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Local RN – Labor & Delivery/Recovery Postpartum 48’s
Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12×4, 48 hrs/week, EOW, EOH
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- NC license
- 1 year of nursing experience
- Able to circulate for C-sections
- Able to triage for OB
- Epic experience
- Nursing Diploma or ADN or ASN from an accredited school of Nursing
- AHA BLS
- AHA ACLS
- NRP
- NIHSS
- CPI-A
- 5 years L&D experience highly preferred
- BSN or MSN from an accredited school of Nursing preferred
Other Details:
- 6-bed department with one C-section OR
- Duties: Manage laboring patients, circulate and assist in C-sections, and recover both labor and surgical patients
- Unit averages 100 deliveries monthly, working with both OBGYNs and midwives
