- Unit Notes:- Hiring Process: Candidate Interview- Interview with MedSol Clinical Team- No Unit Manager involvement - Radius: 60 MILES, DL must be submitted - Week of orientation: Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote Unit L&D/PP/MB- SCG # L&D Beds 12 LDRP rooms # OR Suites on the unit for C-Sections? 1 # Triage beds 1 # Postpartum beds 12 LDRP tooms # Births per day? Month? Year? 1.5/day 50-60/month Do you follow AWHONN guidelines for ratios? Yes Required Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?) ACLS, NRP , BLS Common diagnoses/Types of patients Experience or 'Must have' skills LDRP experience, couplet care, circulate in OR Are RNs required to titrate drips? Yes, pitocin Common titratable &/or set rate drips see above Charge Nurse/House Supervisor? Does the charge nurse take an assignment? Fill current holes then can group or seperate shifts depending on preference Weekend Requirements every other Holiday Requirements No Is there a call or standby requirement?
