- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; can consider under 2 years depending on experience, 1.5 years is hard stop 2. Cases: Labor and delivery including induction, preeclampsia, TOLAC, VBAC, multiples, preterm labor, antepartum, high-risk antepartum; sterile vaginal exams and triage are hard stop requirements; must perform sterile vaginal exams independently without supervision; no tubal ligation 3. Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Advanced (hard stop — must have for pass designation), BLS, NRP required; must be in hand at submission 4. License: Pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required; Meditech listed as charting system 7. Shifts/Call: No on-call required; must be open to working weekends — every other, may exceed to meet unit need; scheduling preferences considered but not guaranteed; scheduling requests due to additional employment will not be considered; facility may call off once per two-week pay period; float to mother baby required 8. RTO: RTO must be included at time of submission; one pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile local radius; local rate applies — contact AM for rate 11.
