- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; can consider under 2 years depending on experience; 1.5 years is a hard stop 2. Cases: Sterile vaginal exams and triage are hard stop requirements — must be able to perform sterile vaginal exams independently without supervision; float to mother baby unit possible 3. Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, BCLS, NRP required; AWHONN is a hard stop — must have a passing score 4. License: Pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required; Meditech is the charting system used 7. Shifts/Call: No on-call required; must be open to working weekends — every other weekend minimum, may exceed to meet unit need; scheduling preferences can be considered but are not guaranteed; scheduling requests due to additional employment will not be considered; facility may call off once per two-week pay period 8.
