- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of labor and delivery experience minimum; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Couplet Care, High-Risk OB required 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Beginner, AWHONN Intermediate, FHM, NRP required; AWHONN Advanced and STABLE preferred; all must be current and in hand 4. License: SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights (6:45p-7:15a); on-call required — 2 twelve-hour shifts per 6-week period; every third weekend required; block schedule requires manager approval based on unit needs; facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission; approval based on facility needs 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile local radius; no locals accepted 11.
