- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years of directly related RN experience in Labor and Delivery, OB Circulating, and OB PACU required 2. Cases: Labor and Delivery, OB Circulating, OB PACU; floats to Postpartum; may float to Poway Campus 3. Certifications: Current CA RN, AWHONN Intermediate, AWHONN Advanced (noted with asterisk), AHA ACLS, BLS, and NRP required 4. License: Current CA RN License required 5. Education: BSN required 6.
