- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years of directly related RN experience in Labor and Delivery, OB Circulating, and OB PACU required 2. Cases: Labor and Delivery, OB Circulating, OB PACU; floats to Postpartum; may float to Poway Campus 3. Certifications: Current CA RN, AWHONN Intermediate, AWHONN Advanced (preferred), AHA ACLS, BLS, and NRP required; all required certs must be in hand at time of submittal 4. License: Permanent CA RN License required; current Nursys in hand at time of submittal 5. Education: BSN required 6. EMR: Cerner preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, Nights; 13-week contract; 4 weekend shifts per contract; patient ratio 2:1; float to Postpartum required 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days RTO; must be approved by facility; address RTO post 1/2/23 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: No locals permitted; 50-mile radius enforced 11.
