- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required (LDRP, L&D, PP, and Newborn care); candidates with less than 2 years will be screened out 2. Cases: Labor and Delivery, Post Partum, OB Triage, Antepartum, Normal Newborn; Vaginal Delivery, Cesarean Delivery, C-Section circulation, High Risk Antepartum, High Risk L&D, Low Risk Antepartum/LD, Post-Op/Pre-Op, Couplet Care 3. Certifications: AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, FHM, NRP required; ACLS preferred; must be AHA or American Red Cross 4. License: Active compact license honored at all Swedish facilities; Providence-affiliated perm employees must be separated from health system for minimum 3 months to qualify 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Float required as needed; staffing ratio 1:1-3 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: All previous perm employees of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for a travel position 10.
