- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of recent L&D experience required; first-time travelers not accepted 2. Cases: High risk and low risk L&D; antepartum and postpartum; C-sections; hemorrhage management; High Risk Perinatal Unit care including PPROM, previas, and Magnesium patients; couplet care; 350-450 deliveries per month 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP required; AWHONN Beginner and AWHONN Intermediate listed 4. License: NC or Compact license must be in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: No blocked scheduling; open availability required; every other weekend required; floats between High Risk and L&D; patient ratio is 2:1 days, nights, and weekends; orientation is 36 hours, held bi-weekly 8. RTO: Pre-approved time off listed as two; no blocked scheduling permitted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted within 75 miles at $5 less than standard rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Previous travel experience required; no first-time travelers 14. Scrubs: Provided by the facility; Royal Blue 15.
