- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1+ years required 2. Cases: Labor and Delivery experience required; fetal monitoring required; couplet care preferred 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN required; PALS preferred; all certifications must be in hand prior to start 4. License: RN license required to work in Tennessee; Tennessee Abuse Registry check required prior to start date 5. Education: Certification/Licensure required to work as an RN in TN 6. EMR: Meditech (EHR); Centricity and Meditech experience preferred but not required 7. Shifts/Call: 36 weekly guaranteed hours; 3 call shifts (12-hour) per 4-week schedule; every other weekend rotation as needed; float as needed; orientation weekly on Mondays 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Must be 60 miles or greater to be considered for travel rate; local rate available for candidates under 60 miles 11.
