- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required for submission 2. Cases: LDRP and Mother/Baby; 36 weeks and up deliveries; Cytotec, Cervidil, Oxytocin IOL; Postpartum hemorrhage protocols and Magnesium protocols; 800 births per year 3. Certifications: BLS, AWHONN (Intermediate required; Advanced preferred), NRP required; ACLS preferred; FHM preferred; copies should be AHA or American Red Cross 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred; also uses Pyxis and SBAR 7. Shifts/Call: Nights 1845-0715 (36 or 48 hrs); 2 mandatory call shifts per 6-week schedule required; floats to assist other units (task only, not full assignment); every other weekend required; self-scheduling; 13-26 week contracts available 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off; only one holiday approved (implied by one pre-approved) 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
