- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years preferred; will accept 2 years with strong experience 2. Cases: Labor & Delivery; float to Mother/Baby and Scrub (preferred); charge experience required 3. Certifications: C-EFM through NCC (HARDSTOP — must be in hand at time of submittal), BLS, NRP, STABLE all required; ACLS preferred; must be in hand at time of submittal 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12, 18:50-07:20; call required — 2 shifts per 6-week schedule; every other weekend required; float required to Mother/Baby and Scrub (preferred) 8. RTO: Two pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals within 60 miles accepted at a lower rate; contact AM for local rates 11. Background: Not specified 12.
