- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years preferred; will accept 2 years with strong experience 2. Cases: Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, Scrub (C-Section), Antepartum, High Risk Antepartum, Triage, Couplet Care; scrub experience preferred 3. Certifications: C-EFM through NCC required (hard stop, in hand at time of submittal); BLS, NRP, and STABLE required; ACLS preferred; must be in hand at time of submittal 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12, 18:50-07:20; call required — 2 shifts per 6-week schedule; every other weekend required; float required to Mother/Baby and Scrub (preferred) 8. RTO: Two pre-approved time off slots noted 9. Returning Staff: Will accept first-time travelers (noted as 3373370 — WILL ACCEPT FIRST TIMERS) 10.
