- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: CST candidates need at least 2 years in High Risk OB; RN candidates need at least 3 years in High Risk OB 2. Cases: C-sections, SVD, D&C, D&E, twin deliveries, scheduled and nonscheduled emergent C-Hysterectomy, Massive Transfusion; High Risk OB including Massive Transfusion and PASD (placenta accrete spectrum disorders) preferred 3. Certifications: ACLS, NRP, BLS, AWHONN IFM, CPI required; Current certification in Advanced EFM/AWHONN Intermediate EFM required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: CPN and Meditech 7. Shifts/Call: 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a); No call required; 4 weekend shifts per scheduling period required 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
