- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; 1st timers not accepted 2. Cases: Labor (Vaginal), C Sections, Multiple births, Post Partum Hemorrhage, Pregnancy induced hypertension, D&C 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP required; AWHONN Intermediate preferred 4. License: GA or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: AM & PM shift 2 calls required per 6 weeks; 3 weekend shifts per contract 8. RTO: Max 7 days per contract; must be finalized at submission; no holiday RTO if 1-2 holidays fall during assignment, 1 holiday RTO may be considered if 3 holidays fall during assignment; Spring Break blackout (April 4th-12th) 9. Returning Staff: Internal staff must be away from all Piedmont facilities for 1 full year before applying as traveler; return travelers who cancel or receive facility DNR must complete one assignment outside Piedmont before reapplying 10.
