- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: High Risk L&D unit; OB Triage, LDR, Antepartum, C-Section, Cervical Cerclage, Hysterectomy, D&C; average 7 daily deliveries, up to 14 patients with inductions and high-risk antepartum 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, AWHONN Advanced, NRP required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (standard requirement) 4. License: AK RN License required; must be in hand for Auto Offer; pending license accepted but submit as screen only 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Night Shift; most likely straight nights, but schedule may flip every 4 weeks if covering both days and nights; no on-call required; every other weekend required; guaranteed 60 hours per 2 weeks with potential for 1 shift call-off per 2-week period 8. RTO: Approved on individual basis; all RTO must be included at time of submittal; only one pre-approved time off per contract 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
