- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: High risk L&D unit; average 7 daily deliveries, up to 14 patients with inductions and high risk antepartum; OB triage averages 4-5 third trimester testing patients 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced, NRP required; copies required at submission 4. License: AK RN License required; pending license ok for submission but must have license in hand for Auto Offer; must complete application within 48 hours of signing; must be 50 miles from facility 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Variable Shift, most likely straight nights; if covering both shifts, schedule flips every 4 weeks; weekend coverage every other; no on-call required 8. RTO: Time off approved on individual basis upon offer; all RTO must be included in submittal 9. Returning Staff: Permanent staff must be separated from Providence minimum 3 months to return as traveler; travelers can work maximum 1 calendar year, then required 6-month break before returning 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; no locals accepted; candidates will float within hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; over 20 hours requires PM approval; completed pre-start and annually; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13.
