- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum required; 3-5 years preferred; ICU experience is a HARDSTOP requirement; first-timers not accepted 2. Cases: CT guided biopsy, Fistulograms, GJ-tube placement, Lower extremity angiograms, nuclear med/stress tests, paracentesis, thoracentesis, Y90 procedures 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; must include skills in Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias, Monitoring Procedural Sedation, and Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring 4. License: Pending license accepted, but quick starts preferred 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days; weekend coverage possible every 3-4 weekends; RNs typically have one night of call per week every other week (1700-0700); one weekend call shift every 4-6 weeks (1700 Friday to 0700 Monday); night shift works every night except Saturday, which may require call coverage 8. RTO: No restrictions; prefer to keep under 7 days 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
