- Required certification: Interventional Radiology
- 1+ years of experience
- (VAYA OFFER) LEVEL ONE EXPERIENCE preferred. Travel experience required. Required BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH. (10 hour shifts with call required). 2 years IR experience required, 1 yr Neuro exp (or exp with Neuro in a general ICU). Neuro IR procedure experience required. Must be comfortable and skilled to care for neonates through geriatric patients in a procedure setting. Local travelers within 75 miles are not accepted at this facility. Neuro procedure experience REQUIRED. Required BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, 10-hour shifts with call. Candidate must grade themselves a 3 or 4 in the following procedures: Cerebral Angiography, Carotid Angiography, Neurologic Thrombolysis, Vertebroplasty. Must also rate 3/4 in CVA, aneurysms, myelograms, lumbar puncture, (spine and brain related injuries) #Tier3 Travel Compliance RTO - must be presented at time of submission. Any time off sent after the offer will not be approved. 2 yrs experience required in specialty - unless specified otherwise in the job description or UD.
