- 1+ years of experience
- (VAYA OFFER) LEVEL ONE EXPERIENCE preferred. Travel experience required. Required BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH. (10 hour shifts with call required). 2 years IR experience required, 1 yr Neuro exp (or exp with Neuro in a general ICU). Neuro IR procedure experience required. Must be comfortable and skilled to care for neonates through geriatric patients in a procedure setting. Local travelers within 75 miles are not accepted at this facility. Candidate self schedule with manager having final approval. Availability to do call 1-2 weekdays per week and 1-2 weekends per 6 weeks schedule. Have a 30 minutes response time. Compliance requirements: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, EKG Onboarding exam, Advanced Math, Med/Pharmacology exam, Conscious Sedation exam, Interventional Radiology Competency exam, General ICU Competency Exam, General ICU skills, Interventional Radiology skills, CORE exams Special Equipment : 1 year Neuro (or solid neuro exp inside a general ICU) experience preferred and 2 year IR experience required. Neuro procedure experience REQUIRED. Required BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, 10-hour shifts with call. Candidate must grade themselves a 3 or 4 in the following procedures: Cerebral Angiography, Carotid Angiography, Neurologic Thrombolysis, Vertebroplasty. Must also rate 3/4 in CVA, aneurysms, myelograms, lumbar puncture, (spine and brain related injuries) #Tier3 Travel Compliance RTO - must be presented at time of submission. Any time off sent after the offer will not be approved. 2 yrs experience required in specialty - unless specified otherwise in the job description or UD.
