- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Interventional Radiology experience required; cases include vascular access, IVC filter placement/removal, embolization, TIPS, UFE, fistula gram, PCN, PTC, drains, venous reconstruction, and circulating for procedures; No Cath/EP, Neuro, or Hybrid OR 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; must be AHA or equivalent (per standard); copies should be confirmed at submission 4. License: Active Ohio RN License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience preferred 7.
