Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Oncology and hematologic diseases; chemotherapy/immunotherapy administration; biologics and other specialty infusions 3. Certifications: BLS required; ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Provider Course required (may be obtained prior to start); ACLS and OCN preferred; copies must be AHA or American Red Cross 4. License: Pennsylvania Single State or Compact RN license required at time of submission; PA Fingerprints required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 8a-4:30p; no weekends; no on-call 8. RTO: All requests must be included at time of submission; requests received after submission will not be accepted; block scheduling cannot be accommodated; planned time off must not interfere with pre-start compliance 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted within 50 miles at a reduced local rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
