- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; unit accepts first-time travelers 2. Cases: Solid tumor cancers (breast, lung, colorectal, prostate, pancreatic), hematologic malignancies (lymphoma, leukemia, multiple myeloma), anemia, neutropenia, dehydration, treatment-related side effects, immune-compromised patients, and symptom management 3. Certifications: BLS and ONS chemotherapy and immunotherapy certification required; OCN listed; AHA preferred for all certifications 4. License: MI RN License must be active by start date; compact license not accepted in MI; pending license ETA must be included in submission email if applicable 5. Education: All allied candidates must provide proof of HS level education regardless of secondary education; strict requirement 6. EMR: Epic experience required; Beacon experience preferred; training completed during orientation 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s 0730-1800; hours may vary based on unit needs; no nights, floating, or on-call; weekends every other; 6 weekend shifts per contract 8. RTO: 5-day maximum RTO per contract; all RTO must be submitted at time of submission; two pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Core staff must wait 12 months before returning and must be run through HR prior to submission 10. Travel/Local: Not specified 11. Background: Not specified 12.
