Cases: Solid Tumor Cancers, Lymphomas, Chronic Leukemia, Iron Deficiency, Myelodysplastic Syndrome, Neuro-oncology; previous Infusion Center and Outpatient Oncology experience required; previous Charge RN experience preferred 3. Certifications: BLS and ONS/ONCC required; ACLS and OCN preferred; all certifications must be current 4. License: Not explicitly stated beyond RN; Pass/Fail EKG exam required by Cone Health for all RNs regardless of specialty 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7.
