Experience: 2+ years required; peripheral IV skills, central line care, med administration, and blood transfusions required; chemotherapy/immunotherapy administration in an outpatient infusion setting is required 2. Cases: Outpatient infusion; chemotherapy/immunotherapy administration required; not vascular access 3. Certifications: Active ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy certification required; ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Provider Card preferred 4. License: Active RN license to practice in the state of Maine required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7.
